The 2009 Conference will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA on October 16, 17 and 18, 2009 at the Clarion Hotel & Suites.

TRAVEL - VENUE

For guest room reservations please contact the hotel directly as follows: All reservations must be 30 days prior to arival in order to ensure the group rate. Any reservation booked after September 15, 2009, will be given the group rate based upon availability. If rooms are booked via the Internet, please use Choice Hotel accomodations as other Internet Companies cannot assure group rates or Conference support. Conference Double Occupancy Room Rate

$85.00 per night subject ot 9% room tax

The Clarion Hotel & Suites We're just 2 miles from McCarran International Airport, two blocks from the famous Las Vegas "Strip" and close to the area's challenging golf courses and the Convention Center.

A short drive can take you to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Red Rock Recreation area.

A shuttle is available to take guests to the "Strip" and Convention Center. There is also have complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Exciting casino shows and thrilling amusement rides, world-class shopping, tennis, luxury health spas, fabulous dining, unique museums, galleries and cultural facilities are all nearby.

SERVICES
The Clarion features a casual and friendly restaurant creating a relaxing setting for any meal. Breakfast is available to guests each morning. Lunch and dinner are served daily featuring an interesting variety of fresh selections from our specialty menu.

When the heat of Las Vegas gets you down, take a refreshing dip in our beautiful pool. A great way to relax!

Your individually climate controlled rooms include your choice of King Bed or 2 Queen Bed Rooms, color remote TV with pay per view movies, Nintendo games, and video checkout, voice mail, wireless internet, refrigerator, wet bar & coffee maker, AM/FM radio/alarm clock, hair dryer and vanity mirror in every room.
